Abstract

The CITIDEL Visualization Tool, called CitiViz, can be used to visualize the results of searches in the CITIDEL digital library. The purpose of this project is to extend and enhance the software, conduct a user study to evaluate the software, and develop a multimedia website for it to allow users to download, install, and learn the software. To extend and enhance the software, several features have been added. After the software was improved, a usability study was conducted to evaluate it. Suggestions gathered from the user study were then used to improve the software.
